XNH wood thermal modified system heated by hot-oil or electricity is independently developed by Institute of Drying Technology of Nanjing Forestry University and Jiangyin XINAN Drying Equipment Co., Ltd on the basis of careful study on the existing wood high temperature heat-treated equipment aboard. XNH series has all-aluminum assembled and cylindrical structures for customers to choose.
In order to solve the problem of residue disposal, XINAN developed hot water-heating system using wood residue as fuel to supply heat for wood drying, paint drying, workshop heating, etc. The features of this system are as follows:
Saving Power
The hot water circulate in the airtight system having no waste to eliminate almost, so no waste of steam and hot water. The heat in the system is saved, thus the system can save 20-40% fuel than the steam heating system.
The Stable Temperature and Waste Ranging Usage
The hot has high specific heat, its temperature is stable, so the temperature of drying medium is stable too, the condition in the kiln is very easy controlled.
Safe and Reliable
Usually the hot water system is normal atmosphere few of them at low atmosphere, when any water leaking out, the whole volume is almost no change, thus, it is very safe and reliable, no danger of exploding.
Saving Capital
Because the structure of hot water boiler is simple than that of steam boiler, the cost of equipment and fixing is low.
Saving Coolant Water, Low Running Cost
The wood waste is used as energy source can save more coal. The hot water is used repeatedly. So it not only save water but also the cost of water treatment. Thus, the cost of running the whole system is very low.
High Heat Efficiency and No Pollution
The boiler is horizontal, has double-running-route, gas and fired tube. Its heat efficiency is more than 70%. The burning chamber is designed professionally. The gas from the boiler has no sulfur, and because of the efficient dust remover; the gas is well correspond to the environment’s protection.
The circulating system of Hot Water
The high-temperature hot-water is purged from the boiler to the heating coil, after heat exchanging, comes back to the boiler
When some kilns need be heated simultaneously, the valve on the bypass pipe is opened automatically and the hot water comes back to the boiler directly
The problem of inflation of water can be solved through the water tank that is above the boiler
The Automatic Screw Transporting System
The wood waste is transported by the central dust-removing system or hand to the silo
The wood waste is uniformly transported by automatic screw which rate is modifiable from the silo to the boiler in order that they can be burned efficiently
The large piece waste is put into the burning chamber through the boiler door by hand
